PAYMENT POLICIES

-During the booking process the available payment options are three:

1) full payment of the accommodation rate by PayPal, benefiting from a 10% discount. It cannot be refunded.
2) payment of a security deposit, which corresponds to the amount paid by PayPal for one night stay in the hotel. The deposit cannot be refunded.
3) payment by credit card, issuing us your credit card details. The hotel retains this data only as a guarantee of payment. Your credit card will be charged just at check-out time.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

BOOKING CANCELLATION MADE AT LEAST THREE DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE:

-in case of full payment of the accommodation rate by PayPal, the cancellation fee will not be refunded, as it is indicated in the reservation contract.

-in case of payment of a security deposit, which corresponds to the amount paid by PayPal for the first night of your stay, it will not be refunded.

-in case of reservation made by providing the hotel with your credit card details, we will not withdraw money from your account.
BOOKING CANCELLATION MADE TWO DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE OR NO-SHOW IN RESPECT OF A RESERVATION:

-in case of full payment of the accommodation rate by PayPal, the cancellation fee will not be refunded, as it is indicated in the reservation contract.

-in case of payment of a security deposit, which corresponds to the amount paid by PayPal for the first night of your stay, it will not be refunded.

-in case of reservation made by providing the hotel with your credit card details, we will retain the whole amount of the first night of your stay with reference to the room type chosen.
BOOKING CANCELLATION MADE BY THE HOTEL:

Should we be forced to cancel the reservation, we will take care to inform you immediately and suggest an alternative accommodation with similar features. If it should prove impossible to find an accommodation to your liking, the B&B will refund the whole amount of the advance payment.

We will not consider reimbursement claims arrived after the conclusion of the contract up to the commencement of your stay in our hotels and flats.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Any changes in room rates, payment conditions or cancellation terms (due to public holidays or promotions) will be communicated at the right time.
